If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on +353 64 7754449, Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, and we will organize a replacement or refund. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery costs on returned goods will be borne by the Buyer unless damage has occurred during delivery. If the Buyer returns items because of incorrect product order or have changed their mind. The Buyer will be responsible for all courier costs involved.
Returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 10 working days from the day the item was received. Please enclose a copy of the invoice, or your name, address, contact phone number, explaining why you are returning the goods. Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation notice. Refunds will be made in accordance with the payment method of the Buyer.
