Tim has been a plumber for 20 years and in 2000 using his knowledge of the inherent issues with water based heating systems he designed and built the Oxyvent Tank. After gaining International patents. Tim set up the tooling for production at the VDL group in the Netherlands.

Following an initial career in accountancy and banking Paul got excited about the Clean tech industry while sailing all over the world as a professional sailor. He established Budding Entrepreneur Ltd in 2008 working with start-up and challenger businesses.
